How to Enable Custom Branding

The platform allows custom branding to personalise the interface for your store or organisation.

This includes custom colours and logos.

How to enable custom branding

  1. Navigate to Administration in the left-hand menu.

  2. Click on Branding.

  3. Select the correct subscription from the dropdown (if applicable).

  4. Toggle Use Custom Branding to enable colour customisation.

  5. Select your preferred brand colour.

  6. Toggle Use Custom Logos to upload your own logo files.

  7. Upload:

    • Primary Logo

    • Small Logo

  8. If required, toggle Use White Background for Logo.

  9. Click Save.

What custom branding affects

Custom branding updates the visual identity of your platform interface, including:

  • Primary theme colour

  • Logo displayed in the navigation panel

  • Brand appearance across reports and dashboards

This allows businesses to align the platform with their internal brand guidelines.

If changes do not reflect immediately, refresh your browser.
