You can invite new users to Finzite to give team members access to your store’s dashboards, reports, and operational settings. This allows your team to collaborate securely while maintaining full control over access permissions.
Only users with the appropriate administrative permissions can add new users. This includes:
Subscription Owners
Subscription Administrators
Store Administrators (for store-level access only)
How to invite a new user
Follow these steps to add a new user:
Navigate to Administration from the left-hand menu.
Click on Users to open the user management page.
Click the Invite User button.
Enter the user’s full name and email address.
Select the appropriate role for the user:
Viewer – Can view dashboards and reports but cannot make changes.
Editor – Can view data and edit operational settings such as cost configurations and integrations.
Store Administrator – Has full access to manage the store, including managing other users.
Click Send Invitation to complete the process.
What happens after I invite a user?
Once the invitation is sent:
The user will receive an email invitation to join Finzite.
The email will contain instructions to create their account and access the assigned store.
Once they accept the invitation, they will immediately gain access based on the role you assigned.
If the user does not see the email, ask them to check their spam or junk folder.
Can I control which stores the user has access to?
Yes. When inviting a user, you can assign them access to specific stores depending on your subscription setup. This ensures users only have access to the data relevant to their role.
Subscription Administrators can grant access across multiple stores, while Store Administrators can grant access to their specific store only.
Can I change their role later?
Yes. You can update a user’s permissions at any time by editing their role in the Users section.
