Yes. Go to Store Settings > Users to invite colleagues by email. You can assign different permission levels:
Admin: Full access to all features, reports, and settings
Editor: Access to all reports and ability to configure costs, but cannot manage integrations or billing
Viewer: View-only access to reports without ability to change settings
