What data can Subscription Administrators see?

Subscription Administrators have the highest level of access in Finzite. They have full visibility and control across the entire subscription, including all stores, users, reports, and billing information.

This role is typically assigned to the account owner, founder, or senior team members responsible for managing the Finzite account and subscription.

Subscription Administrators can access the following:

All stores within the subscription

Subscription Administrators can view and manage every store connected to the subscription. This includes accessing each store’s dashboards, reports, integrations, and configurations.

They can also add new stores or remove existing ones as needed.

Dashboards and reports across all stores

They have full access to all financial and operational reports, including:

• Executive dashboards

• Contribution reports

• Product profitability data

• Cost configurations

• Performance and trend data

This allows them to monitor performance across individual stores or the entire subscription.

Consolidated data and cross-store visibility

Subscription Administrators can view data across multiple stores, enabling them to compare performance and gain a complete financial overview of their business.

This is especially useful for businesses managing multiple brands or sales channels.

Billing and payment information

Subscription Administrators are the only users who can access subscription billing details, including:
