What data can Store Users see?

Store Users have access to operational and reporting data for the specific store or stores they have been assigned to. This allows them to monitor performance, manage configurations, and support daily operations without having access to subscription-level settings.

The exact level of access depends on their assigned role (Viewer, Editor, or Store Administrator), but in general, Store Users can access the following store-related data:

Store-level data Store Users can access:

  • Dashboard
View key financial metrics such as Net Sales, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Ad Spend, Net Contribution, and performance trends.

  • Contribution Reports
Access detailed financial breakdowns, including revenue, costs, fees, and profitability over time.

  • Product Performance and Profitability
View product-level performance, margins, and cost data to understand which products are most profitable.

  • Cost Configurations
View or manage (depending on role) landed costs, adjusted landed costs, shipping fees, transaction fees, and category configurations.

  • Integrations
View connected integrations such as Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Takealot. Editors and Store Administrators can also connect or manage integrations.

  • Operational Settings
Access store-specific operational settings necessary for reporting and configuration.

What Store Users cannot access:

Store Users do not have access to subscription-level or account-level information. This includes:

  • Subscription billing and payment information

  • Payment history and invoices

  • Subscription plans and upgrades

  • Account ownership settings

  • Subscription cancellation or account deletion

  • Stores they have not been granted access to

Why is access restricted?

This access structure ensures that sensitive subscription and billing information is only accessible to Subscription Administrators, while Store Users can safely perform their operational roles without affecting account-level settings.

This allows teams to collaborate securely while maintaining proper control over financial and administrative functions.
