A Subscription Administrator is the highest-level user role in Finzite. This role has full control over the entire subscription, including all stores, users, billing, and account settings.
Subscription Administrators are responsible for managing both the operational and administrative aspects of the Finzite account. This role is typically assigned to the account owner, founder, finance lead, or senior team members who require full visibility and control.
What can a Subscription Administrator do?
Subscription Administrators have unrestricted access across the entire subscription and can perform the following actions:
Access all stores within the subscription
Subscription Administrators can view and manage every store connected to the subscription. They can access dashboards, reports, integrations, and cost configurations for all stores without restriction.
This allows them to monitor performance across the entire business.
View all dashboards, reports, and financial data
They have full access to all reporting and performance data, including:
Executive dashboards
Contribution reports
Product profitability data
Cost and operational configurations
Store performance metrics
This provides complete financial visibility across all connected stores.
Add or remove stores
Subscription Administrators can connect new stores or remove existing stores from the subscription. This is useful when adding new brands, expanding operations, or removing stores that are no longer active.
Invite, edit, or remove users
Subscription Administrators can manage all users across the subscription. This includes:
Inviting new users
Assigning roles and permissions
Changing user access levels
Removing users when they no longer require access
This ensures proper access control across your organisation.

Subscription Administrators can control what each user is allowed to access by assigning roles such as Store Viewer, Store Editor, or Store Administrator.
This helps ensure users only have access to the features and stores relevant to their role.

Subscription Administrators are the only users who can access and manage subscription billing.

Delete the Finzite account
Subscription Administrators have the ability to permanently delete the Finzite account if required. This action removes access to the subscription and all associated stores.
