Can I delete a Transaction Fee?

Yes. If your store no longer uses a previously configured payment provider or aggregator, you can remove that transaction fee rule from Finzite.

To delete a transaction fee:

  1. Navigate to the Transaction Fees page.

  2. Locate the payment provider you would like to remove.

  3. Click the Delete button next to the relevant fee.

  4. Confirm the action.

Once deleted, Finzite will no longer apply that transaction fee rule to new orders.


Please note that deleting a transaction fee will not automatically adjust historic orders. If you would like past orders to reflect updated fee rules, you may need to recalculate the relevant date range.

Removing unused transaction fees helps ensure your profitability calculations remain accurate and up to date.
