If you connect a shipping aggregator such as BobGo, Finzite will automatically prioritise the actual shipping costs pulled directly from that integration.
This means that instead of using your manually configured default shipping cost or category-based shipping rules, Finzite will use the real courier charges associated with each order.
Finzite maps orders on the backend to ensure that shipping costs from the aggregator are accurately matched to the correct Shopify or Takealot order. This ensures that your fulfilment costs reflect actual courier charges rather than estimated values.
Using a shipping aggregator integration improves the accuracy of your Contribution calculations by replacing estimated shipping costs with real transactional data.
If no aggregator is connected, Finzite will continue using your configured default or category-based shipping costs.
