What roles exist at the Store level?

Store Users can be assigned one of three roles:

Store Viewer

Store Viewers have read-only access.

They can:

• View dashboards

• View contribution reports

• View integrations

• View cost configurations

They cannot:

• Edit any settings

• Connect integrations

• Change cost configurations

• Manage users

Store Editor

Store Editors can view and manage operational configurations.

They can:

• View dashboards and reports

• Edit COGS, shipping fees, and transaction fees

• Manage categories

• Connect or disconnect integrations

They cannot:

• Manage billing

• Delete the account

• Manage subscription settings

Store Administrator

Store Administrators have the highest level of access within a specific store.

They can:

• Do everything a Store Editor can

• Invite new users to the store

• Edit user roles and permissions within that store

• Remove users from that store

They cannot:

• Manage subscription billing

• Delete the Finzite account

• Modify subscription-level settings
