Finzite integrates with BobGo to automatically sync your shipping costs at an order level. This ensures accurate fulfilment cost allocation and improved Contribution reporting.
The BobGo integration works by generating an API key inside your BobGo account and adding it to Finzite.
Step 1: Generate an API Key in BobGo
Log in to your BobGo account.
Navigate to Account.
Click on Settings.
Select the API Keys tab.
Click Create API Key.
BobGo will generate a new API key.
Copy the API key.
⚠️ Important:
You will not be able to retrieve the same key again later.
If lost, you must generate a new API key.
Do not share your API key publicly.
Step 2: Add the API Key in Finzite
Log in to Finzite.
Navigate to Integrations.
Locate BobGo.
Click Connect.
Paste the API key into the field provided.
Click Save API Key.
Once saved, the API key cannot be viewed again inside Finzite for security reasons.
How the Integration Works
After connecting:
Finzite maps BobGo shipment data to your orders in the backend.
Actual shipping costs are automatically allocated at an order level.
These costs are reflected under Fulfilment and Shipping fees in your Contribution Report.
If BobGo shipment data exists, it will override default or category-based shipping rules.
This ensures your shipping costs reflect real courier charges rather than estimated values.
If Shipping Costs Do Not Appear
If your BobGo shipping costs are not reflecting:
Ensure the correct API key was entered.
Confirm that orders are being processed through BobGo.
Allow time for the next data sync cycle.
