How do I Add Cin7 Integration

Follow the steps below to connect your Cin7 account and automatically sync your product costs.


Step 1: Navigate to Integrations

  1. Log in to Finzite
  2. Go to Integrations in the left-hand menu
  3. Locate Cin7 in the integrations list

Step 2: Connect Cin7

  1. Click Connect next to Cin7
  2. Enter your Cin7 credentials or API details (if required)
  3. Confirm and complete the connection

Once connected, Finzite will begin syncing your product cost data.


Step 3: Verify SKU Matching

To ensure accurate cost allocation:

  • Confirm that your SKU values in Cin7 match your Shopify SKUs exactly
  • This allows Finzite to correctly map product costs between systems

If SKUs do not match, costs will not be applied correctly.


Step 4: Review COGS in Finzite

  1. Navigate to COGS Setup
  2. Review the imported Landed Cost values from Cin7

Note:

  • Cin7 Landed Costs will automatically override Shopify Landed Costs
  • If you enter an Adjusted Landed Cost, this will override both

Step 5: Recalculate Historical Orders (Optional)

If you want Cin7 costs applied to past orders:

  1. Click Recalculate COGS
  2. Select your desired date range
  3. Confirm the recalculation

This will apply the updated cost values to previous orders.


What to Expect

  • Product costs are automatically synced from Cin7
  • Costs are applied at an order level
  • Contribution reports will reflect accurate cost data
