How to Change Currency and Time Zone

Your store’s currency and time zone settings determine how financial data and reporting are displayed inside Finzite.


How to Change Store Currency

  1. Navigate to Administration.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Under Core Settings, locate the Currency field.

  4. Select the appropriate currency from the dropdown.

  5. Click Save.

⚠️ Important:
Changing your primary store currency affects how values are displayed in reports and dashboards.


How to Change Time Zone

  1. Navigate to Administration.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Under Core Settings, locate the Time Zone field.

  4. Select the correct time zone for your business operations.

  5. Click Save.

The time zone setting controls:

  • Daily reporting cut-off times

  • Order timestamp alignment

  • Accurate day, week, and month reporting

Ensuring your correct time zone is selected guarantees accurate date-based reporting across all dashboards and reports. 


Integration-Level Currency Settings

If you are using multi-currency integrations (for example, international sales channels or ad platforms), you can also configure currency at an integration level.

Under Currency Exchange Settings, you can:

  1. Select the relevant Integration.

  2. Choose the applicable Currency.

  3. Save the configuration.

This ensures that data from that specific integration is converted correctly into your store’s primary reporting currency.
