What is POS and Online filtering?
Channel filtering allows you to separate and analyse performance between Online sales and POS (Point of Sale) transactions.
How do I use channel filtering?
Channel filtering is applied directly from the dashboard:
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click the Channels filter
- Select Online, POS, or both
- Click Apply
Your reports will now reflect only the selected channel(s).

Why would I use this?
This allows you to:
- Understand how each sales channel performs
- Compare online vs in-store sales
- Identify which channel drives more revenue and profitability
Why am I not seeing POS data?
- Your store may not have POS transactions
- Your integrations may not support POS data
- Your current filters or date range may be excluding it
Why is my data not changing when I select a channel?
- Ensure you clicked Apply after selecting the channel
- Check your date range
- Confirm that transactions exist for the selected channel
