What is POS and Online filtering?

Channel filtering allows you to separate and analyse performance between Online sales and POS (Point of Sale) transactions.


How do I use channel filtering?

Channel filtering is applied directly from the dashboard:

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Click the Channels filter
  3. Select Online, POS, or both
  4. Click Apply

Your reports will now reflect only the selected channel(s).



Why would I use this?

This allows you to:

  • Understand how each sales channel performs
  • Compare online vs in-store sales
  • Identify which channel drives more revenue and profitability

Why am I not seeing POS data?

  • Your store may not have POS transactions
  • Your integrations may not support POS data
  • Your current filters or date range may be excluding it

Why is my data not changing when I select a channel?

  • Ensure you clicked Apply after selecting the channel
  • Check your date range
  • Confirm that transactions exist for the selected channel
