How do I log a support ticket?

To log a support ticket, simply send an email to help@finzite.io.

Each email automatically creates a support ticket in our system. You will receive a confirmation once your ticket has been logged.


Or you can simply go to help.finzite.io to log a ticket through our customer support portal.

 

For faster resolution, please include:

  • Your account details

  • The relevant store name

  • A detailed explanation of the issue

  • Any supporting screenshots or examples

Our support team will review your ticket and follow up with next steps if required.
