How do I access my reports?

Finzite makes it easy to access your business performance data through the Reports section. From here, you can view high-level summaries or drill down into detailed financial and order-level information.

All reports are accessible directly from your main dashboard.


How to access your reports

  1. Log in to your Finzite account.

  2. From the left-hand navigation menu, click on Reports.

  3. You will see the available report options.

  4. Click on the report you would like to open.

Each report includes interactive filters and date range selectors, allowing you to customise the data view based on your needs.


What reports are available?

Finzite provides three primary reporting views:


Dashboard

The Dashboard provides a high-level overview of your business performance.

This report is ideal for quickly reviewing:

  • Net Sales

  • Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)

  • Advertising Spend

  • Net Contribution

  • Contribution %

  • Performance trends over time

Use the Dashboard for an executive summary of how your business is performing.


Orders Report

The Orders Report provides transaction-level analysis.

This report allows you to:

  • View individual orders

  • Analyse revenue per order

  • Track customer transactions

  • Review discounts, shipping, and tax details

This report is useful for operational reviews and reconciling specific orders.


Contribution Report

The Contribution Report provides a detailed profitability breakdown.

This report shows:

  • Gross Sales

  • Discounts and Returns

  • Net Sales

  • Shipping Charges

  • Taxes

  • Cost of Goods Sold

  • Fulfilment Fees

  • Platform and Transaction Fees

  • Advertising Spend

  • Contribution (true profit)

This report is ideal for understanding your true profitability and identifying areas to optimise.


Can I filter or customise my reports?

Yes. All reports include interactive filters, allowing you to:

  • Select custom date ranges

  • Filter by specific stores (if applicable)

  • View platform-specific performance (Shopify or Takealot)

Changes update in real time, making it easy to analyse different time periods or performance segments.


Can I export reports?

Yes. Reports can be exported for further analysis or record-keeping using the export option available within the report view.
