What should I do if my Shopify integration is not working?

If your Shopify integration is not working or data is not updating, follow these steps:

Step 1: Refresh the Integration

Navigate to Integrations and refresh your Shopify connection.

Step 2: Wait for Data to Sync

Allow 5–10 minutes for the data to update.

Step 3: Reconnect the Integration

If the issue persists:

  1. Disconnect Shopify

  2. Reconnect it using the standard setup process
